About Kayna

Kayna is a technology company based in Penrose Wharf, building embedded insurance infrastructure for vertical software platforms. It was founded in 2021 by Paul Prendergast (CEO) and Peter Bermingham (CTO) and has now grown to 6 full-time employees across Ireland and the US. Kayna develops software and platform tools that allow insurance products to be embedded directly into VSaaS platforms — especially those serving small and medium-sized businesses across the US and Europe.
